What payment methods do you accept?

How do I place an order?

To place an order for the custom personalised product of your child's dreams, follow these simple steps:

Browse from our range of collections: clothing, home & decor; as well as school & game.

Next, upload a photo of your little one (this will be the same facial expression used on your product).

Finally, select their dream fantasy or career and add any extra details you would like - then wait for your custom magic to arrive!

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to several countries, including: United Kingdom, Ireland, Isle of Man, Canada, United States, France and Spain.

We will be adding more countries soon, so stay tuned!

Do you ship to all of the US?

We do ship to all US states!

However, please bare in mind, Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Severe weather conditions in any number of states can also impact shipping times, but if there are any delays, we will update you as early as possible!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location, your shipping time will vary. You will receive updates via email regarding your order status!

Can I change my design or upload a different photograph after I have placed an order?

You have up to 36 hours after placing your order if you want to change your chosen photograph or design.

We will send you 3 designs to choose from before we ship your order, after which point, you will not be able to change your design.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Standard Shipping: Covers your first item, with timely and safe delivery.
Combined Shipping: One additional item is covered at a reduced cost
Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout for your products and region.

Additional charges may apply for orders with more than two items as they require more packaging and handling. Please refer to our shipping policy for detailed information.
