Refund and Returns Policy

At My Future Selfie, we take pride in crafting personalised products made just for you. Since each item is custom-made, we aim to provide a clear and fair refund and returns policy. While we always strive for the highest quality, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. This policy outlines the steps we take to ensure you’re supported in the rare case something goes wrong with your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Since our products are personalised and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect colour, size, or a change of mind after the order is placed. We can, however, offer refunds or replacements in certain circumstances. Please continue reading to find out more. 

2. Order Cancellations

You have 36 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel or make changes to your order. During this period, we will create the design and once the window has closed, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications. 

For orders with 3 or more different designs, please allow up to 48 hours for us to complete the design process. Design changes or cancellations after 48 hours will not be possible. 

  • How to Cancel or make changes:
    • To cancel your order or request a change, please email us with your order number at the address provided on our Contact Us page. 
    • If you wish to change your product choice, including sizing and colour options, please contact us to cancel your order and feel free to reorder. 
    • If you wish to change the photo you have uploaded, again, please cancel the order and reorder due to our privacy guidelines. 
    • If you wish to change the details/add or remove the details you would like in your design, please email us with your order number. We will try our best to accommodate your request. Our email address can be found on our Contact Us page. 
  • Design Confirmation:
    • We will send you multiple versions of your design to choose from via email. Once you confirm your chosen design, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible
    • If you do not confirm your design within 24 hours of receiving the options, our design team will select the best option and proceed with production.
    • Please note - you will not be able to request further changes once you receive the designs, you will only be able to select one. We will use the details you provided when placing your order and follow it as accurately as possible, but please note, some requests may not be possible. We will try our best to create the most accurate design for you. 

3. Refunds for Manufacturing Issues or Damaged Products

We offer refunds or free reprints if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

  • Manufacturing Issues Include:
    • Misprints or obvious defects in the design.
    • Damage to the product during shipping.
  • What’s Not Considered a Defect:
    • Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5").
    • Minor deviations in size (within 1" of the size guide).
    • Low-quality prints caused by low-resolution images provided by the customer.
  • How to Claim:
    You must contact us within 25 days of delivery and provide valid photo evidence of the issue. Claims made after 25 days cannot be accepted.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or undelivered, we can offer a free reprint or a partial refund depending on the situation. 

    • Free Reprints are not available if:
      • An incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.
      • The product was delivered as requested, but you want a different size or colour.
      • The item has minor size deviations (less than 1").
      • Low-quality prints are due to poor image quality provided by the customer.
  • Events beyond our control: 
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions. We will, however, try our best to track your order and see what our supplier can do. 

    5. Customer Content

    By submitting content for product customization (e.g., images, designs), you confirm that:

    • You have the necessary rights or permissions to use the content.
    • You have obtained parental or guardian consent if the content involves minors.

    We are not liable for any copyright or intellectual property violations, nor for failure to obtain consent for minors. For detailed terms regarding intellectual property, please refer to our Terms of Sale.

    6. Important Notes

    • Design Approval:
      Once you’ve confirmed your design, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. If you do not confirm your design choice after 24 hours, our team will select the best one and proceed with production. Changes after this point are not possible. 
    • Sizing:
      Please double-check the size guide before placing your order. Minor differences in size (up to 1") are within tolerance and are not considered defects.
    • Image Quality:
      Be sure to upload high-resolution images to ensure the best print quality.
